Weatherboard house with iron roof, with a verandah facing north. The wooden framed windows have muti panes of glass with coloured glass fanlights above most. In a false gable on the roof are four sets of windows each with six panes of coloured glass. River stones form the edge of the verandah and rise to form a pillar which supports the verandah roof. The chimney which rises above the roof is also made of river stone.
Envelope includes – typed piece of paper.
