Penciled on back - The first of the four inch pipes which will bring Kapuni natural gas 1-1/2 miles from the Levin “city gate” in Hokio Beach Rd. to the gasworks for further distribution in Levin. Sat. Aug. 16, 1969.

Stamped on back with black ink - Horowhenua Historical Society. Acc. No. 137 Date.
