The Horowhenua Vintage Car Club has provided vehicles for many parades since it was formed about 12 years ago. We were privileged to have 21 vintage vehicles in the centennial parade and many of these provided transport for senior citizen ex-pupils to enjoy a special ride through Oxford Street and the rest of the journey.
