Penciled on back - A controversial subject earlier this year, Levin’s Green Ave. footpath was completed this week. Below Mr A.S. Aplin (left), chairman for the Levin Ratepayers Assn which forwarded a petition to the L.B.C. on behalf of the Green Ave residents, and Mr A.J.H. Allan [? Allen], chairman of the councils’ works’ committee. Fri. Aug. 13, 1971.
