Group photo outside stripping shed. Man (centre, foreground) sitting on ground holding child, has been identified as Mr R.H. (Dick) Webb, the mill manager.

The man sitting on the ground in the centre (holding a young child) is R.H. (Dick) Webb, the mill manager.
