Description: Inscription on reverse reads: “This vehicle was built for Madge Bro of Palm Nth, ran daily P.N. to Foxton until overtaken by a more modern bus. This was known as a “Chara bang”. Seated 10 – 15 persons”.

This vehicle was built for Madge Brothers of Palmerston North and ran daily between Foxton and Palmerston North, until replaced by a more modern bus. This bus was known as a “Chara bang” and seated between 10 and 15 persons.
