  • There are around 29 sections left to choose from.
  • There are even a few with their very own lake; this is great to watch the birds on the water, very relaxing.
  • The subdivision isn't all ducks in a row, no there is plenty of character and atmosphere.
  • These are new builds and are protected by covenants.
  • The subdivision has a very rural feel, they are lifestyle blocks with great views of the ranges and also situated well to cruise off to the beach.
  • Has the bonus of both worlds rural to beach, very nice.
  • These sections are also on metered town water.
