Block X is bounded by (clockwise from top of picture): Stanley Street, Bristol Street, Queen Street West and Oxford Street. - Formerly Horowhenua No. 2 block. Surveyed by A.E. Ashcroft and T.L. Humphries - December 1888. Now includes a service lane from Stanley Street to Bristol Street.
