A spray of orange blossoms, worn by the bridegroom's mother at her wedding 52 years ago, daintitly enhanced the bridal attire of Miss Noeline Thora Muriel Harris for her marriage, recently, to Mr. William Retter Stickle, Procter at St. Mary's Church, Levin. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs J, W. Procter, Beach Road, Levin, and the bride a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. D. Harris, Mako Mako Road, Levin. The Rev. J. C. Davies officiated, and Mrs. J. H. Mungavin played the wedding music.

Given away by her father, the bride was charmingly gowned in a slim fitting frock of embossed silver lame, falling to a scalloped train. Her veil, lent by Mrs. J. Procter, of Wellington, was arranged with a coronet of flowers and frilled tulle. She carried a sheaf of white lilies, asters, carnations and maiden-hair fern.

The bridesmaids were Misses Audrey Kemp and Jean Mason. The former was in cyclamen georgette, while the latter wore sea foam blue. Juliet caps of silver, and sheaves of lilies, asters and maiden-hair fern finished their attractive toilets. Two little flower girls, both nieces of the bride, Misses Joan and Betty Duggan, were frocked alike in cream frilled georgette, and carried silver baskets of pink carnations and maiden-hair fern. Master Seth Harris, brother of the bride, acted as page-boy in a cream satin suit.

The bridal gown was the work, of Mrs Burnett, an aunt of the bride, and the artistic floral work was the gift of a friend, Mrs. W. Wye, of Levin. The church was beautifully decorated by friends of the bride.

The duties of best man were attended to by Mr. Laurie Brickland, while the groomsman was Mr. Phil. Goldsmith. The ushers were Messrs V. Oborn and W. Galloway, cousins of the bride. On leaving the church the bride was presented with two silver horseshoes by Master Maurice Duggan (nephew) and Fay Procter (bridegroom's niece).

At the reception Mrs. G. D. Harris, mother of the bride, wore a frock of black silk velvet relieved with gold, and black hat and an autumn-tinted shoulder spray. Mrs. J. W. Procter, the bridegroom's mother, was in black French silk and lace, silk velvet coat, with large shoulder spray and black hat. On the bridal table pride of place was given to the handsome wedding cake, the gift of an uncle and aunt of the bride, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Roach, of Shannon.

For travelling Mrs. W. R. S. Procter chose a navy and white suit, with navy hat and matching accessories. They will make their future home in Beach Road, Levin.

A very enjoyable dance was held in the evening, at which a large number of guests attended. The duties of M.C were carried out by Mr. J. H. Mungavin.
