Description

Roslin Castle, founded in 1304, was the seat of the St. Clair family. It is now partly in ruins. There is a legend of some millions of pounds worth of treasure being hidden in the vaults. It is supposed to be under the charge of a lady of the ancient St. Clair family. She is to wake from her slumber and point out the spot where the treasure lies. (information on reverse of postcard)
