Weatherboard villa with iron roof and angled wooden verandah.

The sash windows have two panes of glass above each window. The northwest corner of the house rises to a gable, and the bay window in the front of the house has a gable above it. There is a second verandah on the western side of the house.

Demolished 1982.

this house was built by my great great uncle ernest nehemiah pink . he was a builder in levin . the house was built in the early 1900s

ernest died in 1953 at the age of 83 the house was then left to his neice joan pink my great aunty . it was always in the pink family .
