A man woman and child, possibly the Parker family, sitting on chairs on the lawn outside the Parker family house, 71 Winchester Street. the house is a wooden villa with an iron roof and a verandah on the eastern and northern sides. The man in the photograph is dressed in dark trousers and vest with a white shirt. His white hat lies on the grass near his feet. The woman is wearing a light skirt and jacket with a white blouse and she is holding a baby dressed in a white gown.

We have a family photo taken from almost this same angle that would have been taken before 1920.
That photo refers to Bath St.
Could it be that the different addresses are simply that - a change of the way the Post Office referred to the place - rather than the house actually being moved?
Frank Ernest Parker (1881-1961) married Jessie Agnes Prouse (1883-1961) in 1910. They had 5 children, and raised them all in Levin. One of them, Wint (Frank Winton) was an executor of his grandmother Christina McIlvride Prouse's estate.
