Huru Te Hiaro - applied to be appointed Trustee under M R L Management Act to Mikaera Te Rangimauriora - he is a distant relative of mine - his father Ihaka Te Rangimauriora is alive - Mikaura is interested in this land through me.

Ihaka Te Rangimauriora said I am father of Makaera Te Rangimauriora and consent to Huru being appointed Trustee for Mikaera

Recommend that Huru Te Hiaro be appointed Trustee under M.R.L.M. Act 1867

Ihaka Te Rangimauriora applied to be appointed Trustee under the M.R.L.M. Act to Mohi Ihaka a minor - he is my child.

Recommended that Ihaka Te Rangimauriora be appointed Trustee to Mohi Ihaka under M.R.L.M. Act 1867

Court announced that in consequence of no plans having been received for the cases before the Court and tomorrow the 25th being the day fixed for the consideration the application of counsel relative to that portion of the Manawatu Kukutauaki Block excepted from the Order for the Court already made the Court would now stand adjourned until 10 A.M. tomorrow
