Creative Artist Modsel Maker Helen Pratt has created this amazing model town, typical of early 20th century New Zealand all to the scale 1.24th.

Over 200 models, set out among their own parks and gardens, with a working model railway that meanders through the town.

The buildings represent the past and present from towns all over New Zealand.

Often described as one of the 'hidden treasures'.
