Built in early 1900s by ERNEST NEHEMIAH PINK.
The sash windows have two panes of glass above each window. The northwest corner of the house rises to a gable, and the bay window in the front of the house has a gable above it. There is a second verandah on the western side of the house.
Demolished 1982.
