Whispers Cafe was originally upstairs in Regent Court, Oxford Street, Levin. It soon outgrew the small intimate space, and opened a new cafe downstairs, with a large courtyard eating area.(see photo on right taken on the 27th August 1999).
In 2006, following the sale of Regent Court, Whispers relocatd into spacious premises almost across the road, the the eastern side of Oxford Street, about half way down between the lights.
Whispers is open all day, every day, and for dinner on Friday nights.
