Oxford Street, north of the Queen Street intersection, looking south,c.1906. In the centre of the intersection is a gas standard with a wooden ladder against it. The Levin Hotel is on the southwestern corner of the intersection. The Oxford Street plane trees are encased in wooden frames. The street is unsealed and several horses with gigs are in the street.
