The World War II memorial in the Levin RSA is to be replicated on one of the new curved walls. It was originally in the Levin Memorial Hall when it was built in 1953 but was shifted to the RSA clubrooms in the 1970s because RSA members were worried it was being desecrated. Levin is the only town in the Horowhenua where the casualties from both wars are not remembered in one place.
